About Us: Zoco Home is a leading interior design company specializing in unique Ethnic - Scandinavian style and high-quality furniture and decor. We cater to both consumers and hospitality customers, providing exceptional design solutions that transform spaces into stunning environments.We are looking for an IT Support Specialist based in the Málaga area. This is a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and junior candidates eager to learn on the job. If you’re passionate about IT and keen to develop your skills, including working with Odoo, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:• Provide support for hardware, software, and network.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.• Assist with IT equipment setup and maintenance.• Document issues and solutions.• Learn and support the Odoo ERP system.Requirements:• Experience in IT support (experience level can vary).• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, IOS and Android• Familiarity with networks (LAN, WLAN)• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required.• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.• Good communication skills in English and Spanish• Driving licence• Based in Malaga areaWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary.• A supportive and collaborative team environment.• Opportunities for learning, including training on Odoo.• Flexible working hours.We look forward to hearing from you!
