Tasks
Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing products
Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
Explain product benefits and regulations
Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
3+ years of work experience in computer or printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
Very good communication skills
