Tasks
- Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing products
- Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
- Explain product benefits and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
- Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
- Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of work experience in computer or printing technologies including hardware software operating systems and networking
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking organization teamwork troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Highly tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
- Very good communication skills
