IT web analyst to work within the IT Web team covering the functional maintenance of the Ecommerce platform.
Responsibilities.
• Issue and RFC management.
Identification, analysis, follow up with all the stakeholders.
internal departments and service providers.
• Ensure quality solutions.
consistent, efficient and aligned with standards and compliant with security requirements.
• Work tightly with infrastructure team to ensure the correct availability of the platform and technical processes.
• Coordination and follow up with other internal teams to achieve the resolution of the issue.
Requisitos EXPERIENCE At least 2 years working in applications maintenance teams within web development environments.
Technical Knowledge.
• JIRA or other ticketing tools.
• Relational databases • Web Programming methodologies Technical background is a must.
Valuable technical requirements.
Google Analytics • Tridion or content management tools • SEO • SAP ERP • SoapUI • JavaScript • Html • SQL • Google Analytics • Cloud platforms.
AWS, Google… QUALIFICATIONS • University degree (or similar).
Web development specialization • Fluent English, written and spoken Se ofrece - You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays under exceptional circumstances.

Madrid (Santa Engracia, 120).
- At the moment, hybrid working model (3 days at office – 2 days at home).
