ABOUT USMinor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts and residences in 56 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.As a hotel owner, operator and investor, Minor Hotels fulfils the needs and desires of today’s global travellers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands – Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks and Tivoli.As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Europe and the Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.JOB SUMMARYFunctional WEB analyst working in the IT department together with Ecommerce, Marketing and Digital Sales areas providing support, analysing business needs, and coordinating technical evolution with the technical providers and stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESIT web analyst to work within the IT Web team covering the functional maintenance of the Ecommerce platform.Responsibilities:Issue and RFC management: Identification, analysis, follow up with all the stakeholders: internal departments and service providers.Ensure quality solutions: consistent, efficient and aligned with standards and compliant with security requirements.Work tightly with infrastructure team to ensure the correct availability of the platform and technical processes.Coordination and follow up with other internal teams to achieve the resolution of the issue..EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years working in applications maintenance teams within web development environments.Technical Knowledge:JIRA or other ticketing tools.Relational databasesWeb Programming methodologiesValuable technical requirements:Google AnalyticsTridion or content management toolsSEOSAP ERPSoapUIJavaScriptHtmlSQLGoogle AnalyticsCloud platforms: AWS, Google…QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree (or similar).
