¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Proporcionar soporte técnico y asistencia a los usuarios.
Instalar, configurar y mantener el hardware y el software necesarios.
Realizar diagnósticos y resolución de problemas de sistemas.
Gestión del Active Directory.
Participar en proyectos de implementación y migración de sistemas.
Realizar actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema de manera regular.
Contribuir al desarrollo y la implementación de proyectos de tecnología.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Formación en informática, telecomunicaciones o similar.
Sólida experiencia con herramientas de MDM (Workspace ONE, Intune.) Experiencia previa trabajando en entornos Microsoft.
Competencia en la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de hardware y software.
Experiencia en la resolución de problemas técnicos y el soporte al usuario.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinar con otros departamentos.
Compromiso con la seguridad de la información y los sistemas.
