ITSM CONSULTANT (100% REMOTE, ONLY SPAIN)

We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a ITSM Consultant, working close to one of our main clients, world leader in its sector, with the possibility of 100% remote work.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Ensuring Shared Service IT organization has early visibility into key IT metrics and processes.Documenting current IT processes used every acquisition.Identifying and supporting execution on any early quick wins.Identifying, tracking and escalating challenges and roadblocks that need to be addressed prior to an acquisition adopting ITSM Practices.Guiding acquisitions through their journey of fully adopting ITSM Practices (including hands-on support).
