OKU es una colección de hoteles boutique de lujo relajado, creados para el viajero moderno. Está inspirado en el concepto japonés homónimo de “espacio interior”: crea experiencias inspiradoras y entornos hermosos donde los huéspedes pueden reconectarse y descubrir su yo interior.

Paquete retributivo y beneficios acorde a tu perfil, en un rango salarial bruto mensual que oscila entre 2.100€/mes bruto y 2.150 €/mes bruto.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Que mantengas y realces la belleza de los jardines y espacios exteriores del hotel, reflejando el ambiente de lujo relajado de OKU.
Permiso de trabajo para trabajar en la UE / Ibiza.
Que demuestres atención al detalle y cuidado en el mantenimiento de las áreas verdes, creando un entorno agradable para los huéspedes.
Experiencia previa en jardinería o paisajismo, preferiblemente en hoteles o resorts.
Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de mañana, de Lunes a Viernes.
Actitud positiva, proactiva y pasión por la jardinería.
Conocimientos en sistemas de riego y mantenimiento de maquinaria de jardinería.

¿Qué aportas?

Un nivel básico de inglés y español (se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas).
Experiencia demostrable en tareas de jardinería, incluyendo poda, riego, fertilización y mantenimiento de plantas.
Conocimiento de plantas locales y técnicas de jardinería adecuadas para el clima de Ibiza.
Simpatía, amabilidad y buena disposición para trabajar al aire libre.

What do we expect from you?

That you maintain and enhance the beauty of the hotel’s gardens and outdoor spaces, reflecting OKU’s relaxed luxury atmosphere.
Work permit to work in the EU / Ibiza.
That you demonstrate attention to detail and care in the maintenance of green areas, creating a pleasant environment for guests.
Availability to work morning shifts, Monday to Friday, is required.
Previous experience in gardening or landscaping, preferably in hotels or resorts.
Positive and proactive attitude, and passion for gardening.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance of gardening machinery.

What you bring:

A basic level of English and Spanish (knowledge of other languages will be valued).
Demonstrable experience in gardening tasks, including pruning, watering, fertilizing, and plant maintenance.
Knowledge of local plants and gardening techniques suitable for the Ibiza climate.
Friendliness, kindness, and willingness to work outdoors.
