Altia has been listed on the BME Growth, the market for expanding companies, since 2010.WHAT HAS THIS MEAN?We are constantly expanding our teams for the projects we have, and we are currently looking to hire TWO JAVA ARCHITECTS for one of the largest projects internationally (with analysis and solution definition capabilities to be implemented).WHAT TASKS WOULD YOU DO?Architecture Design: Develop and implement robust software architecture solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend the best technology platforms and solutions to meet the needs of the project.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and refine requirements.Solutions Development: Oversee the development process, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural principles.Integration: Design and oversee the integration of systems and software across multiple platforms.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficiency and reliability of software solutions.Continuous Improvement: Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions.WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO US?Minimum English level B2 or higher (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)QUALIFICATIONSA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent experience in computer science combined with mid-level education is also valid.EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.TECHNICAL SKILLSProficiency in multiple programming languages ​​(e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.).Deep understanding of software development principles and architectural patterns (e.g. microservices, SOA, SOLID, OOP, TDD, ACID...).Proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining cloud-native applications.Knowledge of orchestration tools and containers, in particular Kubernetes.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modelling.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.INTERPERSONAL SKILLSStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Leadership skills and ability to manage and guide development teams.WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?Hiring modality: Permanent contract or FreelanceEmployment modality: 100% Remote from any location within Spain.Full-timeSummer time (July and August)Career PlanContinuing EducationFlexible Compensation Plan
