Job Description:
As a Java Developer at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency. You will work closely with other developers, testers, and project managers to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Your primary focus will be on back-end development, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining Java applications using Spring, Hibernate and other frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Participating in code reviews to maintain the quality of the codebase. Writing unit and integration tests to ensure application robustness.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Java development including (Java 11/17/18) Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns. Experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Ability to work in an Agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English.
