We are committed to enabling the digitization of payments, enhancing sales point management, and delivering a unique user experience.Scope & ResponsibilitiesThe Jr. Content Creator will work in the Marketing Communications team on the development, implementation, and execution of content for blogs, website content, social media posts, publications, and other media streams in support of the company's goals. We are looking for someone who has a drive to maximize creativity and generate results combined with a hands-on work ethic and a willingness to create new processes and creative workflows from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn current online marketing strategies, trends, and how to utilize corresponding statistical data to make ongoing recommendations based on it.Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends and opportunities.Manage the company's content and reputation on social media. Develop and build the strategy for the company's social media profiles with the objective of increasing and reinforcing the company's positioning. Set the KPIs and monitor them.Support the planning and coordinating of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.Content development (press releases, case studies, blogs, etc.)Create and deliver corporate communications content, always aligned with the company’s Tone of Voice, goals, and values, for email updates, newsletters, videos, and presentations.Assist in creating simple graphics, multimedia content, and photo editing.Engage and build social audiences across multiple channels.Review or Translation of texts on web pages/product information/ and brochures.Support in coordinating and executing offline materialsExperience & SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in similar positions, working in marketing departmentsStudies in Advertising, Communication, or similar fields.Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and social media management platforms.Ability to think creatively and shape campaigns that are fun, clever, and on point with brands and audiences.Hands-on experience with Social Media management.Familiarity with graphic design and photography.Experience managing coordination for multiple calendars, events, or stakeholdersAble to execute ideas quickly and have a results-driven and efficient workflow.Basic Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.Comfort adopting artificial intelligence tools to help in the development of content.Experience in Marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Meta Business, Cutcap, or some photo editor.Fluent in Spanish and English.We’d love to meet with you if you:Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Highly motivated person to learn and build a career in Marketing.Independently manage priorities and work autonomously handling tasks with a high level of self-direction.You don't take no for an answer, displaying resilience and a commitment to diligently pursue results, recognizing that this role offers a unique professional opportunity.A strong writer who can develop content, preferably with experience writing for B2C brands.BenefitsFlexible work arrangements, recognizing the importance of work-life harmony.Meal vouchers and insurance packages to support your well-being.Enjoy 23 days of annual leave.Positive and collaborative mindset.Dynamic environment with huge growth potential.
