Your place in the team  Conversational virtual assistant designer works collaboratively to design and develop conversational virtual assistant solutions, like chatbot solutions supporting customer operations strategy implementation.
This position holder is expected to develop virtual assistant solutions by leveraging conversational AI design methodologies and technologies, through conceptualization and design of virtual assistant conversation flows, based on AI design methods (e.
.
conversational design, conversational copywriting methodologies.) You will be involved in the following tasks   Assist with application prototyping and recommend solutions around implementation •Develop & refine business requirements through user stories to drive the development of Virtual Assistants that deliver self-serve capabilities •Learn and drive the usage of conversational AI in an enterprise environment •Design the dialogs, dialog flow and logic •Design conversation and virtual assistant persona •Mapping and design related business process and user journeys •Interact with Business Partners and customers on a regular basis to understand business needs and expectations •Be part of a Scrum Agile squad & work daily with the team •Collaborate with Technology and Business areas to drive prioritization decisions, data requirements, implementations, testing and maintenance We are looking for you if you have •University or College degree •1-2 years work experience in a similar role is an advantage •Telecom or Service sector experience •Strong English and strong Hungarian as well.
•Agile /Scrum tool usage MIRO board, OFFICE, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, Figma, DRAW.
