Working across a variety of channels and media, from digital to print, your words will connect, inspire, and influence audiences. You’ll be at the heart of creative ideation, collaborating with designers, strategists, and account managers to create content that not only aligns with our clients' marketing strategies but also leaves a lasting impression.We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can think outside the box, adapt to diverse teams, and bring a unique voice to every project.What are we looking for?Education:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Required experience:Copywriting: 1+ years of experience writing for advertising, branding, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.Digital & Social Media: Proven track record of creating engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.Concept Development: Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and campaigns that capture the essence of a brand.Skills:Creativity: Ability to craft fresh, original ideas that stand out in a crowded market.Storytelling: Strong ability to tell a story that resonates with audiences and reflects the brand's identity.Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills, ensuring every piece of copy is error-free and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.Collaboration: Able to work closely with designers, strategists, and clients to ensure a unified vision.Adaptability: Comfortable writing for different media, industries, and tones, adjusting your style based on the client's needs.Languages:English: Native or bilingual proficiency is required.Spanish: A plus but not mandatory.What would you do in this role?As a Creative Copywriter at Ogilvy, you will:Create engaging content for various formats, including social media posts, digital ads, landing pages, email marketing, blog posts, and video scripts.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and clients to bring campaigns to life through the power of words.Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and communicate the brand's essence effectively.Adapt your copy to different channels and audiences, ensuring tone and messaging are consistent across platforms.Stay up-to-date on trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and consumer behaviors to create timely and relevant content that drives engagement.Work on high-profile client projects, developing copy that aligns with their brand strategy and campaign goals.And since you'll give this and much more, we also want to give you much more:A dynamic and creative work environment.High-profile clients and international brands.Full-time position.Hybrid format: 2 or 3 days in the office / 2 or 3 days remote work.Christmas, Easter, July, and August: FULL REMOTE.Flexible hours.Permanent contract with a six-month trial period.22 working days of vacation per year + 12 extra days!Optional access to flexible compensation (health insurance, transportation, meals, and childcare).Ogilvy Wellness Program: Free psychological, legal, and financial support service.
