We are now looking for a motivated Junior DanishSpeaking Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Barcelona.
Position Overview.
As a Junior DanishSpeaking Sales Representative you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving sales for our digital marketing services.
You will engage with potential clients understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.
This hybrid position allows you to work both onsite in our Barcelona office and remotely providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Client Engagement.
Reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone email social media) to present our digital marketing services.
Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Process Management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide clients with customized proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration and Communication.
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
Qualifications.
Language Proficiency.
Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Skills and Experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Sales experience is preferable but not required.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
