What you’ll do:As a Junior Data Scientist, you’ll be a key piece for the project success. You will have to:Analyze complex datasets, develop, and test machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for predictive analytics. Interpret model outputs using your statistical expertise to deliver actionable insights.Create clear, interpretable, and engaging data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.Collaborate closely within our cross-functional team to share knowledge and generate innovative ideas.Actively contribute to discussions, providing thoughtful insights to inform data-driven decisions.Document processes, methodologies, and output interpretations in a clear and structured manner. RequirementsYour qualifications:You combine scientific approach and organisational skills with pragmatic creativity and a problem solving mentality. You enjoy healthy competition and making the world a better place. You find fulfilment in the work you’re doing and see the results of your efforts in real time.A MSc in statistics, mathematics, computer science or data science.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a proactive mindset.Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, time series analysis, and model optimization techniques.Proficiency in Python, SQL, and version control tools like Git.Hands-on experience with key Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).Experience in developing insightful data visualizations.Familiarity with big data technologies and AWS is a plus.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies and methodologies.Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
