These expert services are related to financial accounting, reporting, business analysis & controlling, budgeting & forecasting and data quality management.We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant to join our Shared Service Center in Barcelona. The successful candidate will support both our UK and local Finance Team.Responsibilities (Junior Financial Accountant & Business Analyst SSC):Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts. Dealing with IC queries during the month.Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.Production of invoices (including fixed price and intercompany).Create master data like customers, projects, contracts in SAP FI/CO/SD.Carry out daily business support requests.Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support.Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.Participate in the month-end activities.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Responsibilities (Junior International Admin):Handling of SNOW requests received by sister companies in order to validate local business partners Run compliance and creditworthiness validation of business partners (customers and vendors) using data base webtool (D&B) Update results of the BPs validation in SNOW and CRM Global creation and maintenance of local business partners (customers and vendors) in different ERP system: ECC ITP, S4H Public, S4H PrivateFuture Business Partner Creation and CRM EnrichmentSupport implementation of new ERP systemEvaluations and control regarding the group-wide compliance policyHandling D&B High Risk and Severe alertsConvince us of your potential!Understanding of fundamental accounting principlesFluent in English and preferably Spanish Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially Excel and preferably familiar with SAPStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to organize efficiently and work in an international team We welcome candidates with an interest in accounting and relevant practical experience to apply.For this position living in Barcelona is compulsory, it is a flexible smart working job, not a remote position.Salary range 16-18K (according to studies, experience and languages spoken)Your contact at NTT DATA Business SolutionsSilvia MalerbaInternational RecruiterSilvia.malerba@nttdata.com
