Join this fast-growing company in Barcelona and become an expert in the field of startup finance.Your responsibilities and impact working as a Junior Finance Consultant will be:Managing all the finance and reporting needs of clients, providing them with business-driven insights through FP&A (forecasting, budgeting, etc.)Developing and maintaining relevant business analysis and KPI dashboardsEnsuring accurate financial metrics and reporting standardsMaintaining relationships with external accountants, banks, and tax advisorsManaging the financial results of the business P&L. Identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actionsSupervising the day-to-day accounting in collaboration with clients' internal resourcesManaging the accounts receivable & Payable, and CashSkills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plusYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similarYou have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Reporting, Budgeting, or Cash ControlYou have strong Excel and accounting software skillsYou have excellent communication skillsYou think outside the box and want to improve your financial skillsYou have strong analytical skills, and attention to detail and you can work with tight deadlinesWhat’s in it for you?Permanent contractSalary aligned with your experience and the marketPrivate health insuranceInternational environment contextCareer growth opportunitiesOffice near Rambla CatalunyaE-learning platforms and training sessionsStarting date: January 1st, 2025
