We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.KEY FIGURES2014 · Founded by two ex-Googlers2018 · 16M total turnover & Internationalization & Getting growth2021 · Capital raise of 40M€ & +12 countries & +300 Seedtaggers2022 · Funding round of 250M€ + expansion into the U.S. market + 400 Seedtaggers2024 · Expansion into 18 countries + 600 SeedtaggersYOUR CHALLENGEProvide comprehensive legal advice to the business and operation departments on the development of the business supporting the growth of the companyDraft and review different project documents including but not limited to General Terms, services agreements, partnerships, amendments, MOU, NDA etc...Support with a Compliance plan and Data Protection ImplementationCoordinate signatories of contractsAssist in developing, creating and maintaining guidelines and standard contractsWork with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as requiredSupport and helping on regulatory analysisAct as legal point person for queries across the GroupCoordinate of signatories of contracts.Support the international expansion of the companySupport M&A projectsYOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IFYou have 2 years of experience within an international company. Previous experience as an in-house lawyer for a media agency is a plusYou have the ability to work autonomously and under deadlines, business-oriented, proactive and collaborativeYou have the ability to adapt to multicultural environmentsYou are fluent in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
