Job Description From the beginning of your journey with us, under the supervision of a Senior Legal Counsel and the Deputy Head of Legal, you will.
- Contracts.
Negotiate and draft and review all types of contracts (service agreements, distribution and advertising agreements mainly) - Intellectual Property.
Advice and provide legal opinions to advertising teams on their projects implying IP questions (use of visuals, music, logos in advertising formats such as advergames, banners, etc.); Negotiate, draft and review assignments of rights, license agreements, terms an conditions and other types of agreements; Research and legal monitoring on IP regulations Qualifications Required Master’s Degree in Law / LLM Experience in IP/IT and contract drafting and you have already validated your first successful experience (1 or 2 years) in the IP/IT department or a specialized law firm or an international company Good knowledge of the principles of intellectual property, privacy law and contracts law in Europe Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken), knowledge of any other language is a plus (French appreciated) Assets Open-minded, hard worker and organized.
Capacities of integration in an international context.
