Responsibilities Your role as a Digital Campaigns and Social Media Junior Manager will involve.
Are you ready to join a dynamic team of professionals who are revolutionizing the way we learn?   The IE Lifelong Learning Marketing Department is looking for a Digital Campaigns and Social Media Junior Manager to join its team!   The 3 main responsibilities will be.
The main duty will be to manage all the Paid Social Media Campaigns of the portfolio, especially Facebook & LinkedIn, and provide support in other channels like Google.
He/she will carry out several tasks including creating ads, optimizing, interpreting data, analyzing our marketing actions' success, preparing reports, and campaign follow-up focused on traffic optimization and end-to-end conversion from leads to enrollments.
On top of that, he/she will have to manage organic social media networks, defining the strategy, executing it and managing the communication with the different stakeholders.
Additionally, the Junior Manager will be reported by the Digital Campaigns Specialist.
Therefore he/she will review the job done by the Specialist with a similar function related to digital paid campaigns.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Proven experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns.
Mainly Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat and LinkedIn; also in Google Ads, Demand Gen, Pmax, YouTube, TikTok.
- Set up, manage, and optimize the sponsored campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn) according to the budgets and objectives defined.
- Experience with Adobe would be valuable.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, DataStudio, Power BI, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the campaigns' performance.
- Measure the success of every Facebook & LinkedIn campaign by creating A/B tests.
- Proven experience managing organic social media networks - Experience in structured information tools (Power-BI, CRM) will be valued.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Google Analytics accreditation will be valued.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly, demonstrating strong technical capabilities.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills.
- Used to working under pressure, managing priorities, and internal customers.
- Valuable experience managing people.

- Excellent in analytics and reporting.
