JUNIOR MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a Junior Marketing Project Manager. This position will be based in Madrid, reporting into the Group Brand and Website Director.The RoleAs part of the Group Marketing team, you will oversee the coordination and management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Junior Marketing Project Manager will need to oversee all aspects of projects, manage the work backlog of graphic designers, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress when required.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCoordinating internal and external resources for project executionAssisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and taking detailed briefs with specific requirementsEnsuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping detailed project plans to monitor and track progressManaging the relationship with the design team and all stakeholders, ensuring resource availability and allocation for each projectCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationWorking with internal and external creative teams in the development and production of ads that motivate our target audience to “take action” and become leads for our salesforceEstablishing and maintaining relationships with external agenciesEnsuring that all advertising and promotional materials follow brand guidelines and are able to transmit our core valuesAssisting country brand managers in the development of their marketing campaigns, ensuring they follow brand guidelines.Taking responsibility for the brand guardianship across all campaigns in country marketsWorking with the country teams to develop and implement PR strategies for entering new markets and launching new productsContinuously monitoring the results of digital campaigns to define and implement corrective actions and impulse initiativesMonitoring and following up with the local markets the brand KPI’s requirements to ensure brand awareness, consideration and lead generationWe Are Looking For Someone WithA degree in a relevant field2 years of experience in project management for MarketingExcellent verbal & written communication skills in Spanish and EnglishFamiliarity with Photoshop, Aftereffects and IndesignWhy join us?Sector Alarm is fast growing and one of Europe’s leading safety providers.
