The Project!
As a Photographer you will collaborate with the studio sets and will work closely with the Photography Manager to create high quality fashion and product images for the Hackett and Façonnable brands.
This position is responsible for providing a creative wide range of images for ecommerce, social media projects, and campaigns within a global scope.
What will the role entail?
• Keep up to date on trends and know and analyze what the competition's brands do.
• Lead on-set studio operations, collaborating with stylists, assistants, and retouching partners to create compelling eCommerce imagery
• Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines
• Establish a comprehensive photography workflow
• Images color setup and postproduction
• Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images Mark-up imagery with clear and informative direction for retouching
• Works closely with the retouch team to communicate the photo requirements (colour issues, specific image details and deadlines)

Requirements
Job Competences:
• Between1 and 2 years of relevant experience in fashion and product photography ideally in ecommerce area.
• A portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge of lighting and digital photography techniques
• English C1, other european languages such as Spanish, German or French are a plus
• Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
• Experience with CaptureOne

• Strong knowledge of photo production, retouching and workflows
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Photo Shoot Producing experience
• Detail oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing tasks, able to delegate appropriately
• Advanced retouching skills
• Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
• Experience with CaptureOne
• Must be able to work efficiently, maintain calm and project an upbeat attitude under pressure
• Must be well organized and able to prioritize while juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
