Your Responsibilities.
Onboarding of new publishers.
Technical troubleshooting.
Optimization and management of header bidding and other thirdparty vendor technologies.
Publisher analysis optimization and crossselling.
Prioritizing highest value opportunities for profitable results.
Maintaining operational contact with commercial partners.
What You Need 1 years of experience with good knowledge of digital media metrics and web analytics.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem formats KPIs and technologies such as header bidding (SSPs Prebid Amazon TAM Google OB).
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
Proficiency in Excel.
Interest in technology and digital advertising.
Commercial mindset passion for the product and company and a cando mentality.
Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a changing fastpaced startup/scaleup environment.
Desire to learn new technology quickly and translate product features into business benefits.
Preferred Experience.
Experience with digital marketing and advertising systems (e.
.
GAM Prebid AppNexus Rubicon Teads Viralize or similar systems).
Experience with Google Data Studio PowerBI or Amazon equivalent.
Experience at a publisher sales house trading desk adtech company or digital agency.
Experience in an Ad Ops role working with a header bidding setup.
