JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to be based in Jordan, responsible for supporting and expanding our operations in the Middle East region.
This role combines back-office support with strategic long-term market development.
The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, proactive attitude, and be passionate about delivering our energy solutions.
Functions.
1.
Market Research & Sales Development.
Support the prospection of new business opportunities aligned with Ormazabal’s strategy for the Middle East region.
Promote Ormazabal's medium-voltage solutions, focusing on sales growth and building long-term relationships with clients.
Meet sales, margin, and turnover targets through effective negotiation and closing of orders.
Assist with marketing activities, including participation in technical presentations, trainings, and events to promote Ormazabal's solutions in the region.
2.
Solutions & Engineering.
Collaborate with customers to identify their technical needs and design solutions with Ormazabal’s Medium Voltage (MV) products and services.
Develop detailed engineering documentation in collaboration with internal teams, including design drawings, material specifications, and configuration plans.
Prepare technical-commercial offers and participate in the negotiation and defence of solutions with customers.
Engage with Ormazabal's factories to ensure seamless communication between design, manufacturing, and customer needs.
REQUIEREMENTS •Background degree.
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering •Experience years.
1-3 years in a related field, preferably with exposure to sales or technical support roles.
•Knowledge.

Basic knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear, power distribution systems, automation products and renewable energy 2.
Language skills.
Arabic (mother tongue), Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
•Competences.
Growth mindset, proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Others.
Ability to travel frequently across the ME region and business units.
