JUNIOR SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT

At Grubtech, we are transforming the cloud kitchen and delivery-centric restaurant industry with our powerful SaaS platform. We streamline restaurant operations and empower food businesses to excel in the growing delivery market. We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual to support our Sales Operations team.As a Junior Sales Operations Support, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of sales processes and provide key administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about sales operations. You'll help maintain CRM accuracy, support the sales team with operational tasks, and contribute to improving sales efficiency.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, clean up duplicate entries, and assist with CRM-related administrative tasks.Sales Case Management: Address day-to-day sales-related issues, ensuring they are promptly resolved or escalated to the appropriate team member.Collaboration with Other Teams: Work with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales operations with broader company objectives and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.Customer Onboarding Support: Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure new customers are onboarded smoothly and efficiently.Key Skills:Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, operations, or a similar administrative role.AI Experience: Familiarity with AI tools and automation to support workflow improvements is a plus.CRM Systems: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a desire to grow.📍 Location: This role is based in Barcelona. You will have the flexibility to work from home 7 days per month.This is a 1-Year Renewable Contract
