Do you want to make the difference too?This exciting position will be based in our offices in Lisbon (with the possibility of working 50% remote) and the role is to ensure that our Team has the right people, in the right place, at the right time.This person will form part of a welcoming and effective team and will provide the business with the highest quality talent with a focus on sourcing technical, engineering candidates for Portugal, within the right timescales and at the right cost. He or she will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to on-boarding whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience at every step.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner that is fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish.Key Responsibilities And TasksRecruiting and Sourcing· Participation in the full recruitment life-cycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection, through to on-boarding in Portugal and Spain· Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements· Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions· Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, on and off line advertising, events and agencies· Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas· Improve recruitment processes and manage the Workday recruitment system.Employer Branding· Represent the Group at industry events in line with the company strategy· Participate actively to HR Communication actions: Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaigns, etc.Competencies Required For Role· Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish· Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields· Previous experience of 6 months in a similar position· Excellent communication skills· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage timeIf you are interested, please send your CV and we will be happy to contact you!
