JUNIOR TREASURY REPORTING ANALYST

Responsibilities This position will work with the wider treasury function and will play a central role in the performance of the department.
Collaborate closely with treasury, trade support, accounting and operations teams to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Controlling and ensuring the robustness of the treasury data.
Detecting, flagging and coordinating with other departments across the business potential correction actions.
Developing, implementing and managing a daily control over the P&L and balance sheet position of the company.
Document and control of processes facilitating the audit processes.
Perform reconciliations of the different balance sheet accounts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Compare and reconcile transactions between records from different internal systems.
Help identify and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations, investigating and correcting errors under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
Provide regular reports on the status of reconciliations and identified issues.
Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
Team player, fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.

Previous experience (1 to 3 years experiences) in financial reconciliations, preferably in the treasury sector, working in the financial services industry in an auditing firm or as an accountant.
Experience in a reconciliation function and\/or an internal control department is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
High level in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheet is a must.
Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
High level of English.
Preferably experienced with financial accounting software, particularly NetSuite (Oracle ERP).
Basic knowledge of financial products and\/or investment processes, is a plus.
