Key Account Consumer Lines & Travel Job Description Role Purpose • Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and maximize customer revenue as well as retention.
• Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.
• Work closely with Senior Account Manager to make sure that Partnerships are contributing to the overall Iberia performance and strategy.
• Responsible for the management of the portfolio and relationship with the new partners.
Key Responsibilities • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).
• Manage all the internal processes.
legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolio and implement new partnerships.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Responsible for the management of the sales, premium booking and profitability.
Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
• Being in control of Marketing Campaign, analysing MK campaign results according with our Mk assumptions (Volumes & Performance Kpi's) and create plans for growing and improvement.
• Support and be active together with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.
Qualifications Qualifications • 4-5 years (at least 3) on Insurance industry preferably from Travel, Affinity and IPL.
• Advanced in English(C1) • University graduate • User or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) What we offer in return.
