ob DescriptionAs a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth running of food production and the high-quality standards our hotel is known for.
You will lead by example, ensuring that our kitchen staff performs at its best while maintaining a high level of consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.

s Kitchen Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include.
eam Leadership.
Manage and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation during service.
rovide leadership and guidance to cooks, kitchen assistants, and other kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
upport training and development of team members, helping them improve their skills and advance their careers.
uality Control.
Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet the hotel's high standards.
onitor portion control, food presentation, and quality before dishes are sent to the dining room.
onduct regular taste tests and inspect dishes for consistency, taste, and appearance.
ood Safety and Hygiene.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).
onitor and enforce food safety practices, ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and that all staff follow hygiene protocols.
egularly check storage areas, refrigerators, and dry goods to ensure products are stored properly and in good condition.
perational Management.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency and quality.
oordinate with other hotel departments, particularly Front of House, to ensure seamless service delivery.
nsure that the kitchen is properly stocked and manage inventory, minimizing food waste and ordering supplies as needed.
ost Control.
Help manage food costs and maintain budgets.
ork closely with the kitchen manager or executive chef to control food costs, waste, and ensure the kitchen operates within budget.
ssist in the ordering and receipt of supplies, making sure that deliveries are checked, stored properly, and recorded.
roblem-Solving and Continuous Improvement.
Address operational challenges in the kitchen and implement solutions to improve performance.
ead by example in problem-solving, whether it's dealing with a kitchen breakdown, product shortages, or any guest-specific needs that arise.
ontinuously identify areas for improvement in kitchen operations, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency or food quality.

ou are passionate about food and hospitality, with a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
ou have solid culinary skills and enjoy being hands-on in the kitchen, whether it's helping with food preparation, overseeing plating, or ensuring food quality.

ou have excellent communication skills and enjoy mentoring and developing your team to achieve their best.
