Responsibilities.
Conduct thorough research on companies, individuals, products, and other entities.
Add data, such as common names and identifiers, to our entity knowledge-graph.
Utilize RavenPack’s proprietary NLP software to identify and detect entities in text.
Perform quality control on data entries made by the team.
Address and resolve misdetections reported by clients in a detailed and organized manner.
Effectively prioritize and manage workload while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements.
Strong analytical thinking skills to investigate complex issues and identify cause-and-effect relationships.
Ability to develop solutions and deepen understanding of various topics.
Proficient in web searching and sourcing information, including Boolean search techniques.
Familiarity with web and social media applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
