You, as a part of the team, will participate in the running projects in the lab.
You will be in charge of performing weekly genotyping of the mouse samples, will perform DNA and RNA extractions.
Besides, you will help in cell culture experiments, handling human samples and blood and sputum processing, and leukocytes cells counts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and perform sample obtaining and processing.
Conduct DNA and RNA purification from different biological samples.
Perform the mouse genotyping Assist in cell culture experiments Laboratory management (availability and readiness of laboratory materials and reagents) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE Intermediate vocational training cycle in laboratory or studying higher vocational training cycle in Clinical and Biomedical Lab.
Bachelor studies and certain knowledge in lab techniques will be a plus.
Catalan and Spanish, English knowledge will be a plus.
Experience in sample handling and processing.
Strong experience in molecular biology techniques (DNA and RNA isolation, RNA quantification, PCR and genotyping).
Well-organised person, goal-targeted.
To be able to work independently and take initiative, Take an active part of the team.
WHAT WE OFFER Part- time Temporary contract Gross annual remuneration inherent in the position covered by this call, 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters + 2 days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas.
