Are you ready to kick off your career in a place that’s all about growth, innovation, and fun? We’re scouting for an Landlord Support Intern with a spark, ready to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey, with the potential to extend to a year and evolve into a full-time role.
Tasks
How you make an impact:
You are the first line of contact for our private suppliers guiding them onto our platform, answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
You support Landlord Support Agents in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
You help with the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
You will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry
Requirements
What Makes You Our Next Star Player:
You are business fluent in English and additionally either Spanish, German or French
Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
