Challenge Acadèmia d'Idiomes, located in the heart of Vilafranca del Penedès, is well-known for its commitment to providing high-quality English language education.
While we offer Cambridge English Exam preparation, our primary focus is on developing the oral communication skills of our young learners.
Our interactive and immersive approach is designed to build confidence in children's speaking abilities, using creative and engaging methods tailored to their needs.
We are currently looking for a passionate and creative English teacher who loves working with very young children (ages 3-9).
If you are enthusiastic about fostering language development through fun, hands-on activities and enjoy being proactive, this position is perfect for you.
We are looking for someone who is eager for a long-term stable position and wants to be part of a committed and established team.
Position Highlights.
- Full-time and indefinite contract available immediately.
- Schedule.
Monday to Friday, mainly midday and afternoons.
- Primary focus on teaching children aged 3-9, creating a dynamic and nurturing environment where students can develop their language skills.
- Focus of lessons is mostly on speaking, following the natural method.
- Preparation of original materials such as board games, interactive activities and projects to engage students in playful and effective learning experiences.
- Opportunity to teach teenagers, particularly those preparing for Cambridge English exams.

Requirements.
At least 2 years of teaching experience with young learners.
Experience in creating interactive and original teaching materials.
Skills.
creativity, effective communication, knowledge of child development, ability to motivate, organization, conflict resolution, tech-savviness.
Knowledge of IT, CANVA, Google for education tools would be a plus.
Native or near-native level of English.

- Knowledge of Cambridge exams (up to Proficiency).
- B1 level of Spanish.

- A clear criminal record check and sexual offences' clearance certificates.
- Preference given to candidates willing to live locally, in Vilafranca del Penedès.
