LASTMILE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Description:1. In charge of the regional commercial development and channel/CP management for AE logistics, with a focus in Spain and Portugal2. Drive the business strategy planning and implementation, develop cross-border e-commerce parcel delivery solutions, optimize CP pool for the targeted region3. Be responsible for business negotiations with partners in the last mile sector, achieve leading commercial result within the market, and ensure timely completion of commercial/contractual processes4. Continuously identify and manager lead-time, cost, and customer experience optimizations, improve suppliers base and operation process as such to improve logistics performance for end customers on the ecommerce platform5. Conduct in-depth and timely research about the local market, maintain agile business intelligence, and deliver market insights and competition dynamics to the management team6. Build and maintain solid and mutual- beneficial relationship for business partners and internal/external key stakeholders; Support and coordinate across departments to achieve business & operation excellenceRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, from a prominent institution2. Over 8 years of experience in local market and e-commerce logistics, familiar with the focused market and players with track records3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional/cultural team to drive business forward4. Fast learning ability and strong entrepreneurship spirit. Open, resilient, and adaptable to changing environments.5. High integrity6. Above fluent level in English and Spanish, knowledge of Chinese and other foreign languages is a plus
