Immediate - or as soon as available A leading real estate company specialising in luxury properties in Marbella and the surrounding areas, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our team.
If you have a passion for real estate law, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset, we want to hear from you.

In-House Lawyer Location.
Marbella, Spain Language Requirements.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are advantageous) Extra.
driving licence Responsibilities.
- Conducting real estate due diligence, including title searches, property assessments, and legal documentation review.
- Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
- Assisting in tax submissions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handling client interactions and negotiations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve company objectives.
- Maintaining organised records and documentation.
Requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on due diligence.
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Commercial mindset with a keen understanding of business operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
