join us as the next LD&T Sr Coordinator Responsibilities Ensure data maintenance is accurated/updated in gTMS (locations, carriers, users… has proper access and correct data) Keep peers trained in any update/process change related with gTMS (ensuring also training decks to support any new functionalty and/or organizational change in planners team) Insure daily Transportation plans created can be successfully executed by field sites providing the service and productivity levels needed.
Resolve optimization issues driven by order changes and ship date delays.
Work closely with field personnel to determine resolution Responsible for testing /upgrading versions of the tool from a sector perspective (working with the Network Enabler and Technical Development teams) Lead exception/error reports to insure action plans are taken with the proper urgency Ensure the best transport optimization/payload Ensure accurated reporting (costs, service, order acceptance, etc…) Support warehouse dock-scheduling operations Report Weekly/Mohtly KPI such as Carrier´s Scorecard, SLA (service level agreement), Fuel surcharge, monthly forecast, Dashboard… Weekly contact with the carriers to guarantee the success on all Digitalization projects (Traceability/p44, EDI Carrier´s connectivity, Transporeon…).
Develop special action plans If needs Qualifications Education.
High school diploma preferred (Estudios de Bachillerato o FP administrativo).
Expertise in system development and demonstrable configuration/programming skills preferred English medium/high Understanding of transportation market 1-3 years of transportation experience Understanding of carrier operations Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Understanding of Reporting systems Analytical skills, good verbal and written communications skills
