Join our team as the Lead & Data Operations Supervisor, where you will focus on lead cycle performance and governance and management of master data, and how it can be leveraged to drive more effective demand generation and progression.
You'll oversee the seamless operation of lead assignment process, while collaborating effectively with Demand Operations leadership, Integrated Marketing, and GTM field teams (marketing, sales, partners) to define the demand data strategy and plan, deliver, and report on data quality and data acquisition initiatives.
In this role, you will guide a team of Lead & Data Ops Analysts and lead the first-level user support related to Salesforce CRM, data issues, updates, and enrichment, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities.
Database Management.
Develop and implement database strategy to optimize demand generation and progression.
Prioritize initiatives and maintain a roadmap for data management improvements and data acquisition in alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
Define the data acquisition strategy to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved.
Work with other functions to develop a broader master data management strategy.
Establish measurement plans for data management.
Communicate data management status, progress, and successes.
Regularly review and clean the database to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and standardize data formats.
Oversee data synchronization tasks with D&B or other relevant sources.
Ensure data compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Lead Management.
Oversee the management of the lead queue and ensure leads are allocated according to distribution rules respecting the SLAs.
Support, monitor, and report on lead cycle execution to ensure optimal performance and allocation.
1st Level User Support.
Provide first-level user support for lead and database management requests.
Assist with account and contact creation.
Manage database list building and uploads.
Facilitate report creation and dashboard monitoring.
Documentation & Training.
Maintain and update documentation standards and templates for lead and database management processes.
Develop and deliver “how-to” sessions on master data management, data hygiene and enrichment, and system usage.
Reporting & Analysis.
Maintain and report on account and contact data records in Salesforce.
Generate insights and recommendations from data analysis to support demand generation and progression.
Project Management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Support the demand operations team with tasks essential for the successful completion of projects and programs.
Team Supervision.
Guide and support a team of Lead & Data Operations Analysts, helping them troubleshoot issues and improve their skills.
Assist with coordinating the support team’s schedule to ensure coverage and timely response to user inquiries and issues.
Requirements.
Technical Proficiency.
Expertise in Salesforce (experience as a Salesforce Admin is a plus).
Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with database tools like D&B Hoovers, Zoominfo, Lusha, Phantom Buster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SMARTe.
Proficiency in Marketing Automation, Business intelligence and Advanced Analytics Tools.
Experience.
Three or more years of data management leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Revenue Operations, or CRM user support roles, with at least 2 years in a supervising or team lead role, preferably within disruptive technology sectors.
Proven experience in driving data quality and data acquisition initiatives.
Educational Background.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business.

Ability to work with data consumers to define data and reporting requirements.
Ability to provide a vision and act as an advocate for data management.
Roadmapping and prioritization.
Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven team management skills.
Commitment to providing excellent support and service to end-users.
Confident in training and supporting GTM teams on Salesforce and other systems-related processes.
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
Adaptable with a "can-do" attitude; no task is too small.
Other Requirements.
Fluent in English.
Technically adept and eager to improve processes continuously.
