e are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist with a strong background in the Retail CPG and Manufacturing industry.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and drive data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and create strategic advantages.
ey Responsibilities.
Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Retail, CPG and Manufacturing space.
Design and implement advanced predictive models to analyze trends and behaviors in the Retail CPG and Manufacturing sectors.
Collaborate with stakeholders across data engineering, product, and business teams to understand objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop data models and pipelines to support analytical and machine-learning initiatives.
Leverage domain knowledge in Retail CPG and Manufacturing to produce insights and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain best practices in data science and machine learning, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate, coach, and learn with a growing team of experienced Data Scientists.
Stay connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements.
Support demands from regulators, investor relations, etc., to develop innovative solutions to meet objectives utilizing cutting-edge techniques and tools.
