Our talent has led us to be one of the top 6 technology companies in the world.Because #Greattech, needs #GreatPeople, like youNTT Data BPO is a consultancy that helps Organizations (national and international) in the digital transformation understood as a whole change of organization mindset, not only technological but also social, empowering people in an open transformation ecosystem is the only way to run a successful business.If you are passionate for digital transformation with social impact, working for the Industrythrough a high level private company is your place.Your role:Setup and maintain batch jobs based on requests of the SAP application teams/business in test and production Systems.Knowledge in monitoring procedures and Alerting management.Support SAP Software Logistics with deployment tasksWorking with internal and external audit requests.Work actively on job failures and remediate issues (if needed with other teams)Monitor job processing and actively take measures to ensure SLAs are met.Operation of data exchange between the SAP and the connected subsystemsWorking closely with other teams (e.g., SAP, Goldmine, ECOM, outsourcing partners) identifying approaches to optimize the scheduling and performance of the batch processing.Maintain factory calendars in SAPWorking on optimizing the performance of the jobs so the available resources would be used in the most efficient way.Basic SAP Basis knowledge is necessary.SAP archiving understanding is helpful.Know how to work under ITSM tools.Ability for independent working.Capacity of management and teamwork is desirable.Proactive documentation.Capacity to work and collaborate on different projects.Specific requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.Over 7 years of experience with SAP Software.English full competence.Skills and Systems:High quality performance orientationTeam workStrong communication skillsAnalytical and conceptual thinkingStrong problem-solving skills, ability to structure and define analysis to raise business conclusionsResults orientationAbility to work in ambiguous environmentsFlexibility and ability to work in high pressure environmentsSystems: SAP R/3; nSAP 6.7; SAP CRM; SAP FSCM; SAP EWM; BODI; Redwood RMJ scheduling platform.At NTT Data, we believe everyone is unique and different, this is why we bet for an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity.
