Enjoy the flexibility of remote work!🏡As a Lead Java Developer with knowledge in Java, you will play a key role in the development, customization, and maintenance of applications and backend systems for Smart TV platforms. This position requires experience in Smart TV development environments, multimedia technologies, and a deep understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures, with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences across a wide range of devices.Your key tasks will be:Be part of the Agile TV team, contributing to the development and evolution of leading TV products and services, providing the best TV experience.Help in the design of the architecure.Participate in the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones, contributing to architectural decisions (e.g., Next-Generation TV Platform).Design and implement new features to support backend modules and improve platform functionality.Develop high-performance, reliable, secure, and scalable applications.Act as a mentor for other team members.You must have:8+ years of experience in backend development with Java.Expertise in software development best practices (SOLID, Clean Code), including optimization, documentation, and testing.Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), and dependency injection.Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Experience working with AWS.Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2+ or higher).Must be residing in Spain with a valid work permit.Nice to have:Experience working in AI products.Why joining Agile Content?Thrilling Projects: Dive into exciting projects and products, surrounded by talented individuals and real technological challenges.
