LEAD MARINE MECHANIC

RIB Club is looking to fill a position for a Lead Marine Mechanic. The candidate should be based in or around Palma de Mallorca.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- managing fleet-wide MRO projects;
- performing daily mechanical repairs, cleaning and other maintenance tasks;
- working on various refit projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.);
- liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different MRO projects;
- refuelling;
- organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members.
Basic requirements for candidates:
- extensive experience in boat maintenance and mechanical repairs;
- previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field as well as team management;
- driver´s license and a personal car;
- boat licence (PER or similar);
- fluent in English and Spanish;
- any additional languages are a plus.
The salary will be in line with the candidate´s experience and skills.
