The Learning & Development Partner works within the Learning & Development professionals and HR team.
Together these teams work globally to support our community with first class training and development on a global level.
They will deliver creative solutions, nurturing diverse long-term relationships with managers, teams, and subject-matter specialists, and works best with a high degree of autonomy.
MAIN DUTIES Collaborating with the business to establish training needs and to apply best in class programmes to develop, implement and monitor a suite of global training initiatives.
Lead the creation and design of key learning programmes (including virtual and online) integrating adult learning theory into multi-platform learning, with a particular focus.
Collaborate with other Learning Partners as required to ensure a multi-faceted learning strategy to support our functionally and geographically diverse workforce.
Develop and facilitate learning solutions, workshops and bespoke training for a range of audiences.
Design and establish benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes on business performance, and create corresponding enhancement plans.
Act as trusted consultant in the design and successful implementation of Organisation Development and Effectiveness programmes and projects, taking the lead role or as part of a virtual team.
Assist with the development of Welocalize’s Learning and Development strategic plans.
REQUIREMENTS Education Level BA Degree in social sciences, humanities, business or suitable proven experience Experience 2+ years in a Training, Educational, Professional Development or HR related field Language Skills English Proficiency, with excellent creative copy skills Technical skills This role requires comfort around new technologies achieving independence quickly in using new tools through self-teaching.
Some important technical skills needed.
Experience working with an LMS and multiple training authoring tools is essential MS Office and MS Office 360 tools.
Independent user of PowerPoint (Formatting shapes, creating graphs, changing gradients and transparency, inputting RGB color codes, cropping pictures, etc.) Excel (data clean-up, pivoting and creating graphs) Comfortable or acquainted with Word SharePoint Microsoft Forms Outlook KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE Persuasive Communication.
