We are looking for candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching, and with a commitment to student-centred learning approaches.Candidates must preferably hold a Ph.D. or have extensive work experience in the relevant field to teach:• Data science• Artificial Intelligence for Business• Business Analytics & Data Science (Machine learning , Business Intelligence, From Data to KPI, Data Analyss for Managers)• New Product Development for Growth• Strategy Development for Business Success• Developing a Leardership EdgeCandidates are expected to deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate business programs, MBA, and Masters level courses; developing and updating course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness; providing mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their academic and professional growth; engaging in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the business landscape; and contributing to the academic community through research, publications, and participation in relevant conferences or seminars.ABOUT YOU· PhD preferred in relevant teaching fields.· Higher Education teaching experience, a plus· Fluent English Speaker is required, and good command of Spanish a plus· Good interpersonal communication skills to deal with students and other stakeholders in the organizationWHAT WE OFFER· International and multicultural environment· Face-to-face instruction on our Barcelona Campus.· The opportunity to join a team of experienced multinational instructors· Flexible schedule.
