LEGAL ADVISOR

Hello there! We’re  Vodafone Intelligent Solutions  (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a     Legal Advisor     Your role in a nutshell.
To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer.
To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts.
What you’ll do.
•    Provides accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support on commercial and contractual matters of relating to the Group Enterprise businesses to ensure achievement of revenue targets whilst minimizing and mitigating risks..
•    Drafting and negotiating complex global contracts and other legal documents relating to deals with major multinational companies arising through the operations of the Group Enterprise businesses.
•    Proactive risk management by identifying contractual risks, likely issues and potential ramifications in complex global multi-country deals with the support of senior Legal colleagues •    Analyse, interpret and negotiate non-standard terms and conditions for various complex commercial deals and projects for strategic accounts.
•    Develops pro-forma local agreements, other standard documents and training materials.
•    Drives the continuous improvement of the contracting process.
•    Plans, defines and enforces an effective negotiation strategy and tactics in cooperation with relevant departments in order to negotiate the “best deal” for Vodafone.
•    Provides training to other departments - especially sales - on contracting related processes/ issues/ questions.
•    Be part of the creation and implementation of related legal processes and ensure continued compliance with set processes, policies and standards  •    Prepare contract risk assessments for internal stakeholder’s approval based on internal policies and procedures departments in order to negotiate the “best deal” for Vodafone.
•    Maintaining effective contact with relevant individuals in other key functions outside Group Enterprise Legal, such as Regulatory professionals in the Public Policy teams, Group Technology, Tax, etc, influencing and assisting in discussions with such personnel to ensure the best legal solution to meet commercial objectives.

What you will bring to the team.
•    deep and solid knowledge of commercial and contract law •    experience in providing legal support to commercial business activities preferably in an international environment •    computer skills (MS Office) •    project management skills •    analytical skills •    problem solving skills •    reliability and proactivity •    communication and influencing skills •    teamwork •    excellent negotiation skills •    ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken •    3+ years of relevant work experience in the field of commercial and contracting law or 2+ years of experience in the field of commercial, contracting and telecommunications law   In return we provide you with.
