Que harás:
Darás apoyo jurídico (análisis, asesoramiento, identificación de riesgos y propuesta de soluciones) en las operaciones de negocio que desarrolla la Entidad.
Darás apoyo en los aspectos jurídicos relacionados con las tecnologías emergentes, incluyendo IA, blockchain, ciberseguridad, protección de datos y privacidad, así como en materia de Propiedad Industrial e intelectual especializada en software.
Contratos y Negociaciones: Redactarás, revisarás y negociarás contratos tecnológicos, en particular, acuerdos de licencia de software y contratos de desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas.
Te encargarás de ofrecer el soporte jurídico en operaciones de venta de negocio, Joint Ventures, creación de nuevas empresas, incluidas las de base tecnológica, otras fórmulas de asociación o cooperación con terceros para desarrollo de negocios, así como procesos de inversión y desinversión posteriores, elaboración y supervisión de contratos mercantiles.
Te relacionarás fundamentalmente con:
Jefe/as de proyecto, directores/as de Mercado y directores/as de operaciones de las Unidades de negocio.
Responsables de Ventures de las Unidades de Negocio.
Responsable de participadas.
