Experience in Microsoft OS.
Windows 10 /Windows 11, Windows Server / Windows / Windows .
Experience in Microsoft Office, Office365, Sharepoint Online.
Conducting network troubleshooting and identify general network problems.
Maintaining all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
Active Directory and DHCP maintenance.
Managing entire purchasing of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
Mobile phone installation with configuration (Airwatch).
Ticketing management.
Documenting every local process related to IT.
Cisco DNA.
ISMS.
What skills do you need? IT Engineer master’s degree.
Spanish (C1).
English (B2).
OS windows clients & Servers, Office 365, VMware, SharePoint, ISMS, CISCO At least 2 years in a similar position.
