The project!
As a Logistics and Operations Intern, you will support the Retail Operations team both in daily operational tasks and in the transition to a new POS system.
What will the role entail?
Assist in the implementation and transition to a new POS system, ensuring smooth integration an dminimal disruption to daily operations.
Support the Retail Operations team in their daily operational tasks (sales transactions reconciliation, stock in transit, ,stock counts, stock adjustments...)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and marketing to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Provide training and support to store staff on the new POS system and other operational initiatives
Help develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processess and systems.
