LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

Today, with 7 offices in Europe and point of sales in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas came to offer innovative and high quality products, through color, joy and a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role:Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position will lead the Logistics development initiatives designed to eliminate non-value added activities while improving operational excellence. This position ensures the existing processes are maintain at a high level of performance, while continuously reviewing and optimizing it.Perform activities to support the success of Alpargatas’ operations, ensuring the 3PL meets or exceeds all established KPIs. Provide to the Logistics management team analysis and support of inbound and outbound events. Responsibilities:Lead and develop new processes at the plant-floor level, focused on continuous improvement and change initiatives.Audit 3PL processes, building key competencies and capabilities with the 3PL, including problem solving, standard work, measures development and operational follow-up.Develop standard operating procedures, specifications, trouble-shooting guides and other activities to establish, sustain and improve operational processes. Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability and cost effectiveness.Manage project timelines, measure effectiveness of progress, maintaining project timeline while meeting key milestones and overall success.Forecasting the monthly and weekly warehouse capacity, following the day-by-day productivity, managing target-deviations and bottle-neck scenarios.Benchmark against best in class tools & methods and share best practices within the operations.KPI’s, SLA’s and activity-based cost performance measurement, by gathering and analyzing all Operations activity, delivering appropriate decision-support evidence and metrics.Ability to create ad-hoc reports and tools to assist role efficiencies, as well, database monitoring, ensuring reliable and coherent logistics data.Logistics Admin support tasks, such as purchasing, invoice controlling and reporting.Requirements:Higher Education.Fluent writing and speaking ability in English - C1.Portuguese, French or Italian is a plus.+3 years of experience in a similar position.
