Basic logistics functions.
• Stock control.
minimum levels, blocked items, upcoming POs, and shortages • Manual stock adjustments • Control and management of BOMs / Jobs performed in the warehouse • Review of Ship To and PO errors and coordination with the Customer Service Department and Warehouse • Administration of documentation generated by import operations • Management of local purchase orders Customer functions.
• Update customer delivery terms • Incident management (delivery issues, requirements, etc.) • Quality issue management with the central office in the UK • Address customer quality requests.

• Collaborate with internal customers (Sales and Marketing) regarding logistics support Warehouse.
• Ensure product data (code, size, weight, etc.) is accurately recorded in the warehouse • Manage compensation invoices for the warehouse.
transport or warehouse breakages, and/or losses • Prepare inventories for monthly physical counts • Reconcile stocks with the external warehouse twice a month; and quarterly physical inventory • Open necessary IT tickets to resolve system issues Perform other related activities as needed to support the Support Services Department.
