Job Title: Luxury Sales Agent - Real Estate (Freelance)Location: Mallorca/Balearic Islands, SpainAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Luxury Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Mallorca. This is a freelance opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, a passion for high-end properties, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.Key Responsibilities:Market Expertise: Stay updated on the luxury real estate market trends in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands.Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.Property Listings: Identify, list, and market luxury properties, ensuring each listing meets the standards of exclusivity and excellence.Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to match client needs and market conditions, aiming for successful and timely transactions.Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.Networking: Expand and leverage a network of contacts within the luxury sector, including investors, property developers, and other key stakeholders.Luxury Lifestyle Knowledge: Understand the nuances of the luxury lifestyle, being able to match clients with properties that reflect their unique tastes and preferences.Requirements:Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales.In-depth knowledge of the luxury property market in Mallorca/Balearic Islands.Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity.What We Offer:Join an internationally recognized luxury brand with a global presence.
